Tekno Miles Embraces Selfishness: A Journey of Self-Love and Life Enjoyment

Written by Oryiman David Mson

Afropop artist Tekno Miles, born Augustine Miles Kelechi Okechukwu, recently shared insights on why he labels himself as ‘selfish’ during an interview with content creator Franck Fun in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. The ‘Rara’ singer explained that his self-description stems from his profound self-love and a prioritization of enjoying life. In his own words, “I’m Kelechukwu Augustine, an Ebonyi State indigene from Ivo local government. I genuinely love myself; I’m a selfish person, and that’s okay because in life, you’re born alone and you’ll walk alone. Returning to Ebonyi, I’m here to savor local dishes after experiencing many abroad as an ‘American boy.’ My advice to young people: in everything you do, make sure you enjoy life.
