In a recent interview with Vogue, Lady Gaga shared the story of how she met her fiancé, Michael Polansky. The 38-year-old singer revealed that it was her mother who introduced her to Polansky, describing it as an unexpected twist in her love life.
Gaga recounted, “My mom met him and she said to me, ‘I think I just met your husband,’ and I said, ‘I’m not ready to meet my husband!’ I could never have imagined that my mom… found the most perfect person for me?”
Lady Gaga confirmed her engagement to Polansky during a conversation with French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal at the Paris Olympics in July. The couple first sparked dating rumors when they were spotted together at a New Year’s Eve party in Las Vegas in 2019 and later confirmed their relationship on Instagram.
While they reportedly separated in early 2023, they appeared to have reunited by August of that year. They celebrated Gaga’s 38th birthday in March with friends at Giorgio Baldi in California.
