Birth and Early Life:
Ningir Kuleve Felix, popularly known as Xerxes or King Xerxes, was born in Ugba Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. He hails paternally from Vandeikya Local Government Area and maternally from Kwande Local Government Area. Xerxes is part of a close-knit family of six, consisting of two boys and two girls. Early in his life, his family moved to Gboko Local Government Area, where he embarked on his educational journey.
Education:
Xerxes began his primary education at St. Peters before transferring to Central Primary School, where he earned his First School Leaving Certificate. He then proceeded to Gboko High School, where he successfully completed his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
